As always, the city was flooded by many visitors from the nearby town and different parts of the Bicol region to witnessed the event. This was also a red-letter day in Iriga since the President Pnoy declared it as a Special Non-Working Day. I also saw a lot of foreigners who came to watched too, which also shows that tourism is booming in the city.
Here are some snapshots of the festivities.

The Tribal Community also joined the festivities.

The bullcart caravan where members of the community paraded with carabao-drawn carts decorated to represent their sector. Also in the bullcart is their Tagba or alay to our Inang Lourdes.

Clowns in their colorful costumes and happy faces also joined the parade. The children watching made a delighting squeal of pleasure upon seeing the clowns doing their tricks.

This year Tinagba also featured a dazzling display of floats creatively made from indigenous materials. From what I observed this year's team is Fantasy. From the fairy tales world.
